If you want to come and play for Punjab Cricket Club Rotterdam next year and you have played for another club in recent seasons, you must request a transfer. This transfer form is created by the KNCB to ensure that competitions are fair. An important condition set by clubs before they can agree to a transfer is the fact that the relevant player has duly fulfilled all his (financial) obligations.
The transfer form, from the KNCB must first be completed by the player himself and can then be signed by a board member of the cricket club you are leaving (make sure that person is authorized to sign). After that, the departing member can send it to the secretary of Punjab Cricket Club Rotterdam and the club will arrange the rest with the KNCB. The membership of Punjab Cricket Club Rotterdam runs until 31 January, if you want to stop or cancel your membership, do it before 15 February of the following calendar year, otherwise you will also owe a contribution for the coming season.
